Age RequirementChipCounts is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The service is poker-adjacent and the legal gambling age in Denmark — and most of the markets we serve — is 18. By creating an account you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
Use LicensePermission is granted to temporarily use ChipCounts for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
• Modify or copy the materials• Use the materials for commercial purposes• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations• Transfer the materials to another person
User AccountsWhen you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
User ContentYou retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating the service.
Prohibited UsesYou may not use ChipCounts to:
• Violate any laws or regulations• Infringe upon the rights of others• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content• Harass, abuse, or harm other users• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service• Impersonate any person or entity
Intellectual PropertyThe service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChipCounts and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of LiabilityIn no event shall ChipCounts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
DisclaimerYour use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Governing LawThese terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
